DMECS AfterCare is a program we have developed that provides ongoing post-sale assistance in the following months and even years after your system is first installed. Unlike most of the bigger companies in the industry, all installs sold by DMECS are installed ‘in-house’ with no external contactors used. This means that you’ll always be dealing directly with DMECS and allows us to provide reliable, ongoing support post installation. 

Keeping track of your systems performance is crucial in making sure that it is working efficiently. Providing your home or business has a stable WIFI connection, DMECS will consistently monitor your system online, meaning your systems performance will always be producing the best results possible. We can guarantee that if something ever goes wrong, we’ll be the first to know and we’ll also be there immediately to rectify the issue. 

On top of the regular check-ups and continuous system monitoring, DMECS provides the biggest installation warranty in the entire industry. A whopping 20 years warranty!
